Welcome to all our existing and new stakeholders to our July update on our prestigious restoration project in Salford – The Lyceum.
We are thrilled to announce the news that our tier-one finance partners, Maslow Capital, have now agreed terms and we are in the process of the first application to begin the drawdown of funds. This means that the Integritas Team now have cost certainty on delivering the project to the exacting high standards as promised, ensuring quality and efficiency across the board.
The team onsite have tirelessly continued to make progress on the concrete pad foundations, even with the hottest June to July temperatures since records began here in the UK. Guided by the watchful eye of building control, Stroma and our structural warranty provider, Advantage, the team have successfully dug and poured one pad foundation per day with an average total of 50 cubic metres of concrete filling each.
With thanks to our newly confirmed finance partners, we can also confirm that the order has been placed for the structural steel to arrive onsite in early August.
The Integritas Team are extremely excited about the progress and momentum on this amazing scheme. With completion anticipated by Q1 2024, we cannot wait to deliver more great news to our current and prospective investors in our next update.
Watch this space for our August update where you will see the steel frame begin to rise and take shape.
A huge thank you once again to all our current and prospective investors for all your continued support.
