His continued analyses, delivery and successful customer strategies have maximised market penetration activities, to consistently achieve significant increases in revenue and gross profit to enable organisational expansion ambitions.

Emma has worked in the property sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in sales and progression. As Operations Director for the Group, Emma oversees a wide range of critical functions within both the property investment and property development companies. This includes overseeing property acquisitions, evaluating investment opportunities, managing construction and development projects, and implementing strategic plans to maximise returns on investments. Emma’s multi-faceted operational role acts as the key link between all inter-departmental teams within the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of the business as a whole.

With a wealth of experience in property sales and business development, Aiden has held key leadership roles at CityRise, The Property Buying Company, Movestreets and Property Finder. His expertise in sales strategy, team performance and international property markets will be instrumental in driving our global growth.

Billy is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the property sector, specializing in sales, business development, and international markets. Originally from Leeds and now based in Dubai, he has built a strong track record of helping clients identify high-performing investment opportunities while consistently driving growth within his team. With deep expertise and a passion for global property investment, Billy is well positioned to support the expansion of the Elavace brand across Dubai and the wider Middle East region.

Keith Basravi is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the property industry. Known for his strategic acumen and keen market insights, Keith has established himself as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients alike.

Tom helps investors cut through the noise and make confident, strategically sound decisions in a fast-moving property market. His approach is clear, pragmatic, and data-led, focusing on sourcing high-yield opportunities, analysing emerging trends, and building long-term strategies that genuinely align with each client’s goals. Derry has come from a construction background, having started onsite from a young age. With a keen interest in property, he moved over to the investment sector in order to further expand his career. Over the past 12 months, Derry has worked alongside the investment consultants to grow his knowledge of the investment sector and is now helping existing investors with their service requirements.

With a background in business development and experience in construction, Anthony decided to utilise his knowledge from both industries and apply himself to the off-plan property sector. His skills are crucial in assisting investors to make informed decisions based on their goals.

Stuart Moon is an investment consultant at Elavace, bringing a friendly and approachable touch to the world of property investment. He is passionate about creating tailored solutions and takes pride in guiding clients towards their financial goals with clarity and confidence.

Fidel came from a sporting background, originally playing football professionally. He then moved over to the property sector, using his communication skills from his previous career to help investors while expanding his knowledge from the expertise of his colleagues.

Having grown up in Ethiopia’s diverse cultural landscape, Eman naturally connects with Dubai’s vibrant, international community, making him well placed to support a wide range of investors. With a degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a strong background in data analytics, she brings a data-driven mindset to understanding clients’ investment capacity and matching them with the right experts, ensuring a smooth and well-supported journey through the UK property market.

David is a dedicated member of the team at Elavace, specialising in guiding and supporting investors through every stage of the progression process. He ensures clear, consistent communication between all solicitors and clients, helping to streamline transactions and create a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish.

Daniel is a results-driven Marketing Executive who plays a key role in developing and delivering effective campaigns at Elavace. Jack's role as Financial Controller started with Elavace back in 2019 after a number of years working for a large Merseyside developer. His experience and understanding of financial modelling have been crucial to aid the expansion of Elavace and its subsidiary companies.

With over 30+ years of experience in financial and cost accounting, Steph has an expansive background spanning from production to leisure, bringing with her a wealth of valuable knowledge to the team.

Luke has a strong track record in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth and supporting end-to-end sales processes. He works effectively across teams to ensure smooth account management and consistent business results.
