Welcome to all our existing and new stakeholders to our May update for our fantastic restoration project in Salford – The Lyceum.
We are just about in the final throws of securing project funding from our tier one funder – which is expected next week. This will be the catalyst to accelerating works to progress with the pad foundations for the structural steel skeleton of the building.
All looks on target to get the building’s envelope watertight throughout the summer months.
The forthcoming major milestones will include:
- Pad foundations completed
- Structural steel erected
- Concrete floor slabs poured to each floor
- Roof structure installed
- External brickwork facades constructed
- Windows and door installation
- Internal fit out commences
The commercial teams have been securing the final packages of work which gives us stringent cost control for the overall project, and a recent meeting with Salford Council planners proved positive on the last few remaining design issues which remain outstanding.
The Integritas team are extremely excited to be working on such a prestigious contract, which will see an iconic building restored to its former glory, leaving a lasting legacy for the people of Salford.
Watch this space for our June update when you will see The Lyceum take shape at great speed.
A huge thank you once again to all our current and prospective investors for your continued support.
