We are pleased to announce works are progressing well on our prestigious development in Crosby, Liverpool – Copper Box.
The initial requirements were to isolate all existing live services to the building, to help facilitate the commencement of the demolition works.
Our demolition contractor commenced the soft strip immediately thereafter, comprising of removal of existing fittings, ceilings, partitions, floor coverings and radiators for the fit out works to begin.
The internal skin of the external cladding system has also been removed to enable the required fire stopping and insulation to ensure the building complies to all current legislation in relation to heat loss and acoustic performance.
Over the coming days we will see the partitions commencing on the fifth floor, with the aim to work down chronologically. The internal walls will firstly be positioned, then plaster boarded on one side which will then allow the first fix mechanical and electrical works to commence.
The project is really gaining momentum, and we continue to apply our company ethos of utilising local labour and materials to guarantee completion this year.
The Integritas team are fully focused on delivering this prestigious scheme to all stakeholders, aiming to achieve a high standard of both fit and finish.
Finally, a huge thank you to all our current and prospective investors in your continued support on the delivery of our wide portfolio of products in the North of England.
