Hello investors, it is with great pleasure that I bring you the first development update from our boutique residential development, Cavendish Waters.
As I’m sure you’re aware, we have been experiencing some unforeseen delays which have prevented our team from commencing with the building’s ground works.
The delay stems from the site’s close location to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. We have been working closely with the UK Canal and Rivers Trust to ensure that the project is completely compliant with all UK regulations. As such, there have been some further approvals that we expect to be granted in the next 10 days. After this, we will then finally have the green light to commence ground works onsite.
At IPG, we must always act responsibly and within the correct regulations to ensure we maintain both the safety of our buildings and the surrounding environment as we develop each new project.
To help progress the project as quickly as possible, we have now partnered with one of the largest developers in the North West. Big Red Industries will be our primary contractor throughout the build, and with an extensive track record of completed projects, they’re sure to be the perfect partner to help deliver this scheme.
