We are pleased to share the latest update on our Liverpool project, Cavendish Waters. The site clearance is progressing exceptionally well, aligning perfectly with the required excavation works. Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to ensure that all material is removed efficiently. In total, more than 700 lorry loads will be required to transport the material offsite, underscoring the scale of the project and the progress being made.
Once this significant task is completed, we will be in a position to commence the wider groundworks. This next phase is crucial as it lays the foundation for the entire development, allowing us to move forward with the construction process in earnest.
Meanwhile, our offsite team has been equally busy. We have commenced the procurement of the building’s external finishes, including the brickwork. This step is critical to maintaining our project timeline and ensuring that the exterior of the buildings meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
In addition to the external finishes, we have also initiated the tender process for the internal finishes. This includes key elements such as kitchens and bathrooms, which are essential for delivering the high-quality living spaces that Cavendish Waters promises. Ensuring that these elements are in line with the project schedule is a top priority for us.
Overall, we are thrilled with the progress being made both onsite and offsite. The collaborative efforts of our teams are driving the project forward, and we remain committed to delivering a development that exceeds expectations. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.
