Amazing news! It gives us great pleasure to announce our wonderful student accommodation scheme – Bijou was not only completed on time, but has been warmly welcomed by its first crop of residents.
This 46 bedroom scheme situated on the university campus offers excellent facilities in a prime location over two floors, comprising of three interconnected blocks.
With ample off-street parking, the scheme boasts an enviable location on the same footprint as the university sports complex - with playing fields, tennis and squash courts. An outstanding asset for our more. active residents.
The building has been fully refurbished, again in collaboration with our trusted partners, Abrey Construction and Snow Architects to an extremely high standard.
Each room comes fully furnished with their own shower room,and with three communal kitchens per floor. The scheme also houses a communal laundry room to the ground floor.
Following extensive structural remodelling, up to date mechanical and electrical systems were installed, and the
building was fitted out to a high specification throughout.
As with all projects, there were a few minor items which needed to be ironed out post hand over, but we cannot
speak highly enough of the speed and professionalism of Abrey Construction in going above and beyond to ensure any issues were swiftly addressed.
