Summer is here and works are progressing well at our flagship project in the centre of Liverpool at Bastion Point.
The structural concrete frame is progressing well with the columns and shear walls almost complete. The formwork is all on site to form first floor transfer slab. With a large element of this also in place, the pouring of the slab has also commenced.
Once this slab is complete the Steel Formed Structure (SFS) framing will arrive on site towards the end of July.
This is a major milestone for the project as the external frame, along with the intermediate concrete floor slabs and roof will be poured progressively over the next couple of months.
In total there is in excess of 2,800 cubic metres of reinforced concrete in the frame and transfer slab, forming a significant feat of design engineering in itself.
The Integritas team are fully focused on maintaining momentum and are extremely excited as the structure rises to add to the impressive skyline of Liverpool.
A huge thank you to all our existing and prospective investors in your continued support, and we look forward to delivering our next update with even more exciting progress reports.
